Terms of Service
Plain terms for a small product. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy — operation@surejson.com.
Last updated 26 July 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
SureJSON is operated by Sina Kazemnezhad, trading as SureJSON, as an individual sole proprietor. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “SureJSON” mean that operator, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service. Contact: operation@surejson.com.
2. What the service is
SureJSON takes text you supply and returns a structured record — through the workspace at surejson.com or through the JSON Guarantee API. Where a trustworthy result cannot be produced, the service is designed to return an explicit failure rather than malformed output.
The service uses automated language models to produce results. Automated output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for any decision that matters, and for keeping your own copy of anything important.
3. Your access key
Access is tied to a key issued to you. Treat it like a password. You are responsible for activity carried out with your key, including capacity consumed. If you believe your key has been exposed, contact us and we will issue a replacement.
4. Free use
The free workspace is offered as-is, without any guarantee of availability, capacity or response time. We may change, limit or withdraw free capacity at any time. Free use does not create an ongoing entitlement.
5. Payment and capacity
Capacity packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing recurring is charged and there is no plan to cancel. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store your card details.
When payment completes, capacity is added to your access key. Capacity does not expire. Capacity has no cash value, cannot be transferred between keys, and cannot be exchanged for money except under the refund terms below.
6. Refunds
If a pack does not work for you, email operation@surejson.com within 14 days of purchase. Capacity you have not used is refunded in full to the original payment method. Capacity you have already consumed is not refundable, because the work was performed.
If we fail to deliver a paid result and cannot fix it, we refund the capacity consumed by that failure, whether or not the 14 days have passed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SureJSON to:
- break the law, or process material that is illegal to possess or handle;
- process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
- produce content intended to deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
- resell raw access to the API as if it were your own equivalent service.
Building your own product on top of SureJSON is fine and encouraged. Reselling the bare endpoint as a competing JSON API is not.
8. Availability
We aim for the service to be available continuously, but we do not promise a specific uptime figure and we do not offer a service level agreement. Maintenance, provider outages and capacity limits can interrupt the service.
9. Your content and ours
You keep all rights in the text you submit and in the results returned to you. You grant us only the permission needed to process your text in order to produce your result. We do not use your content to train models. See the privacy page for details.
We keep all rights in SureJSON itself — the site, the software and the brand.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is being abused, or if required by law. Where we end paid access without cause, unused capacity is refunded.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SureJSON is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes that affect paid customers will be sent to the email address associated with the purchase. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator is resident, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that state, and both sides agree to try to resolve any dispute by email first.
