Privacy
Short version: we do not store what you paste, we do not sell anything to anyone, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who is responsible
SureJSON is operated by Sina Kazemnezhad, trading as SureJSON, as an individual sole proprietor, based in the United States. For any privacy question or request, write to operation@surejson.com.
What we do not keep
- The text you submit. Content you paste into the workspace or send to the API is processed to produce your result and is not written to our storage.
- Your results. The structured record we return is not retained by us.
- Card details. Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or hold your card number.
- Tracking profiles. No advertising pixels, no analytics scripts, no cross-site tracking, no cookie banners because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell, rent or share it.
What we do keep
- Your access key and its capacity balance. Stored so the service knows what you are entitled to. Held for as long as the key is active.
- Purchase records. The fact of a purchase, its amount and the capacity granted. Kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Your email address, only if you give it. Used to reply to you and to tell you about changes that affect a purchase. Never sold, never added to a marketing list you did not ask for.
- A short-lived request counter tied to your network address. Used only to stop abuse and automated flooding, and discarded shortly afterwards.
- Your key in your own browser. Saved on your device so you do not have to paste it every visit. Clearing your browser storage removes it. This is not a tracking cookie and it is not readable by us.
Who else processes your data
To run the service at all, a small number of providers necessarily handle data on our behalf:
- Our hosting and network provider serves the site and stores keys and balances.
- A third-party AI model provider receives the text you submit in order to produce your result. We will name the current provider to any customer who asks.
- Our payment processor handles the transaction and holds the card details we never see.
That is the whole list. Everything else these pages need — fonts, styles, scripts — is served from this domain, so loading a page here does not make your browser contact anyone else.
Your rights
Whether or not the law where you live grants them, we will honour these on request: to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to operation@surejson.com and we will act within 30 days.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we process your data on the basis of performing our contract with you and of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the service. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by state law, and exercising any right above will never result in worse service.
Children
SureJSON is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Keys and balances are held in access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and say plainly what happened.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Changes that reduce your protections will be emailed to paying customers before they take effect.
